Love it

February 16, 2009 - Ashley Gurbal

I'm fashionably late on this, but I just discovered the New York Times' Recipes for Health series. The series continues today with a recipe for Spinach and Red Pepper Panini. You might need to create an account to see the archive of recipes, but it's all free as long as you're registered. The recipes I've clicked through are pretty simple, too.

Speaking of being late, I was late to work this morning because I couldn't tear myself away from The Early Show. Trainer-to-the-stars (sorry, I had to) Tracy Anderson was on the show demonstrating some of the moves she uses to whittle Gwnyeth Paltrow and others into shape.

Anderson's programs are designed to "strengthen smaller muscle groups so that they can pull in the larger muscles, resulting in a lean figure that isn't bulky." I'm definitely going to be looking into her DVDs!
